Refund & Return Policy

1. Non-Refundability

Due to the limited seat capacity and logistical arrangements made in advance for venue management, guiding expenses, and material provisions, the event registration fee of ₹1500 is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the BHAKTI – The Divine Movement Experience event is completely canceled by Manthan Excellence Collective due to unforeseen administrative reasons or force majeure:

• Participants will be offered a choice between a 100% refund or ticket transition to the rescheduled dates.
• Refunds will be processed back to the sender's bank account within 7 to 10 working days of the cancellation announcement.

3. Duplicate Transactions

In case of technical issues leading to double-deductions during the QR payment, the extra transaction amount will be refunded upon presentation of banking statements and validation of double credits.
