Welcome to Manthan Excellence Collective. By submitting your registration for the BHAKTI – The Divine Movement Experience, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and Payments

Your entry ticket is subject to receipt of the full payment fee of ₹1500. Registration is only considered valid and confirmed once our team verifies your bank transaction log and matches it with the uploaded receipt screenshot. Attempting to submit fraudulent receipts will result in immediate rejection and permanent blacklisting.

2. Physical and Mental Wellness Waiver

The BHAKTI event involves active physical movements, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and expressive arts. You represent that you are physically fit and have no medical impairments that would prevent safe participation. By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, damage, or loss associated with the sessions, and release Manthan Excellence Collective, its organizers, and guide Tejas D Dhoke from any liability.

3. Session Conduct

Participants must respect the sanctity of the space. Disruptive behavior will result in removal from the venue without refund. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, or photography) during the main guided experiences is strictly prohibited to preserve the intimacy and privacy of all participants.

4. Agreement changes

Organizers reserve the right to alter the venue location, timing slots, or reschedule the dates in case of force majeure. Any changes will be updated on the portal and communicated via registered email.
