Cancellation Policy

1. Participant Cancellations

If you are unable to attend the BHAKTI – The Divine Movement Experience due to personal conflicts or emergencies, you may notify our support team. While we can mark your registration as "Canceled" to release the seat for other seekers, please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances as per our Refund Policy.

2. Ticket Transfer & Reselling

Registrations are tied to the specific name and ID registered in our database. Reselling or auctioning of tickets is strictly prohibited. Transfers of tickets to family members or close peers may only be authorized under exceptional circumstances, subject to written approval from organizers at least 48 hours prior to the event.

3. Cancellation by Organizers

Manthan Excellence Collective reserves the right to cancel any registration without notice if:

• The user has provided fake, photoshopped, or duplicate payment screenshots.
• The registrant provides fraudulent identity information or uses an invalid email address.
• The participant violates the code of conduct or poses a safety concern.
